This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies exclusively to dentists and clinics subscribing to the Dontix platform, including access to:
Dentist App (DAP)
Associated services, features, and tools provided by Dontix
Important Note:
Dontix does not collect or process any payments from patients in any form. Therefore, this policy does not apply to patients or any patient-related transactions.
Dontix offers subscription-based access to its platform for dentists and clinics. By subscribing, you agree to:
Pay the applicable subscription fees
Use the platform in accordance with the Terms of Use
All subscription plans, pricing, and features are communicated at the time of purchase.
Dentists may cancel their subscription at any time
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
Access to Dontix services will continue until the subscription period expires
Cancellation during an active billing cycle will not result in immediate termination
Remaining subscription period will remain accessible
Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
If a dentist is charged more than once for the same subscription period
A full refund will be issued for the duplicate charge
If payment is processed but subscription access is not provided due to a verified system error
A full or partial refund may be issued after investigation
If Dontix services are unavailable for a prolonged and verified period due to platform issues
Refunds or service credits may be issued at Dontix’s discretion
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Change of mind after subscription activation
Partial usage of the subscription period
Failure to use the platform
Business performance outcomes or lack of expected results
Account suspension due to violation of Terms of Use
To request a refund:

Registered account details
Transaction ID
Reason for the request
Supporting evidence (if applicable)
All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
Actual credit timelines may vary based on:
Banking institutions
Payment gateways
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Alternatively, Dontix may provide:
Subscription credits or extensions (if applicable)
No refunds will be issued if an account is suspended or terminated due to:
Violation of Dontix Terms of Use
Fraudulent or abusive activity
Dontix reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
Updates will be reflected with a revised “Last Updated” date.
