Dontix is a digital platform that facilitates connections between patients and dental professionals by enabling:
Appointment booking and scheduling
Patient-dentist communication
Digital record sharing (prescriptions, reports, treatment notes)
Clinic discovery and management tools
Dontix does not provide medical or dental advice directly.
To use Dontix:
You must be at least 18 years old
You must provide accurate and complete information
Dentists must hold valid licenses and professional credentials
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility criteria.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities conducted under your account
You agree to provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete information.
You agree not to:
Use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
Misrepresent identity or credentials
Upload false, misleading, or harmful content
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
Dontix is a technology platform, not a healthcare provider
Dentists are independent professionals responsible for their services
We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or outcome of treatments
Patients should seek professional medical advice independently
Appointment availability is controlled by dentists/clinics
Dontix is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or rescheduling
Any payments processed (if applicable) are handled via third-party providers
Refunds, if any, are subject to clinic policies
Your use of Dontix is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described.
All content on Dontix, including:
Logos, branding, and design
Software, features, and functionality
are owned by Dontix or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.
Dontix may integrate with third-party services such as:
Payment gateways
Analytics providers
Cloud infrastructure
We are not responsible for third-party services or their terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Dontix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for medical outcomes or professional conduct of dentists
Use of the platform is at your own risk
You agree to indemnify and hold Dontix harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

Violation of these Terms
Misconduct or misuse of services
